12 Hour Practice at Swim Fort Lauderdale

The main purpose of the day/practice is to push the athletes physically and mentally, but we also do some team meetings & educational sessions, team bonding and have some fun.

 

25,000 meters of swimming in 3 workouts.

Open water swim.

2 dryland sessions

Frisbee on the beach

Cool stuff! Reminds me of when I went to the Indiana Senior Elite Camps with Coach Gibson and other great local coaches and athletes in May ever year in Fort Wayne, IN. Lots of fun and great memories!
