12 Texas Longhorns Set For U.S. Olympic Team Trials – Diving

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — A total of 12 current, former and future University of Texas divers are scheduled to compete at the U.S. Olympic Team Trials – Diving starting on Sunday, June 6 at the IUPUI Natatorium. The week-long event will determine spots on the official Team USA roster for the upcoming Tokyo Olympics.

The Longhorns’ roster in Indianapolis is set to include current athletes Janie Boyle (Women’s 10-meter Platform), Noah Duperre (Men’s 3-meter Springboard), Andrew Gawin-Parigini (Men’s 3-meter Springboard), Andrew Harness (Men’s 3-meter Springboard and 10-meter Platform), Bridget O’Neil (Women’s 3-meter Springboard) and Jordan Skilken (Women’s 10-meter Platform) along with incoming freshman Hailey Hernandez (Women’s 3-meter Springboard).

Texas also will be represented by former athletes Murphy Bromberg (Women’s Synchronized Platform and 10-meter Platform), Grayson Campbell (Men’s Synchronized 3-meter Springboard and 3-meter Springboard), Alison Gibson (Women’s Synchronized 3-meter Springboard and 3-meter Springboard), Laura Wilkinson (Women’s 10-meter Platform) and Jordan Windle (Men’s 3-meter Springboard and 10-meter Platform).

The competition will commence at 10 a.m. Central (11 a.m. Eastern) on Sunday, June 6 with the Women’s Synchronized 3-meter preliminary round followed by the event’s semifinals starting at 6 p.m. Central (7 p.m. Eastern). Diving continues on Monday, June 7 with the Men’s Synchronized 3-meter and Women’s Synchronized Platform preliminary and semifinal rounds.

Tuesday, June 8 will see the first individual events contested, beginning with the Women’s 3-meter Springboard preliminary round at 9 a.m. Central (10 a.m. Eastern) followed by the Men’s 10-meter Platform preliminary round at 11:46 a.m. Central (12:46 p.m. Eastern). Semifinals for both events will take place beginning at 6 p.m. Central on Tuesday evening.

The last day of prelims will be Wednesday, June 9, beginning with the Men’s 3-meter Springboard at 9 a.m. Central (10 a.m. Eastern) followed by the Women’s 10-meter Platform at 1 p.m. Central (2 p.m. Eastern).

On Thursday, June 10, the Women’s 3-meter Synchronized final will begin at 6 p.m. Central (7 p.m. Eastern) and be televised on the Olympic Channel. Friday’s Men’s 3-meter Synchronized and Women’s Platform Synchronized finals will also be aired on the Olympic Channel starting at 6 p.m. Central (7 p.m. Eastern).

Saturday’s finals will all be aired on NBC with the Women’s 3-meter Springboard at 3:50 p.m. Central (4:50 p.m. Eastern) followed by the Men’s 10-meter Platform final, which will stream on NBCOlympics.com starting at 6:30 p.m. Central (7:30 p.m. Eastern) before switching to NBC primetime at 7 p.m. Central (8 p.m. Eastern). The trials will conclude on Sunday, June 13 with the Men’s 3-meter Springboard, which will stream on NBCOlympics.com starting at 5:30 p.m. Central (6:30 p.m. Eastern) before switching over to NBC primetime at 6 p.m. Central (7 p.m. Eastern). The final event of the competition will be the Women’s 10-meter Platform final which will air on NBC at 7:50 p.m. Central (8:50 p.m. Eastern).
