The regular signing period for NCAA Division I Swimming & Diving programs opens Wednesday, meaning that high school seniors are once again free to sign National Letters of Intent to secure their first year commitments for college swimming.
While most of the top domestic names have made their decisions, there are still some available swimmers who could have an immediate impact at the NCAA level.
There will be an even bigger run, though, from international swimmers. Typically, there are a lot of international swimmers who sign in this spring period, though this year we’ve seen many go off the board in the fall already.
