2014 US Nationals Highlight – Video

This week Irvine, California played host to the US national swimming championships, an event that brought with it as much glory and speed as was precedented beforehand.

One world record was broken courtesy of Katie Ledecky, multiple US Open records were dropped, Jr. world records were broken and toyed with, and multiple upsets and wins shaped the week into an event with the atmosphere of a cliché sports film.

Takeitive created a highlight sequence of the event with fantastic shots that truly capture the ups and downs that were this year’s national championships.

Wow! The beauty of the human mind and body both focused on on attaining (at least personal) perfection!

Mel, Braden, Troy, Anne, Jared (I guess you were swimming, but “knowing” one of the competitors was cool 🙂 ), and the rest of the SwimSwam staff whose names I don’t know yet, thank you sincerely for making this US Nationals the most enjoyable one of my life!!!
