Cody Miller still doing what we all saw him doing in the summer – Sometimes I wonder why Adam Peaty’s turns are so poor but I am starting to think he is just one of the rare few adhearing to the rules.
Now, this weekend from a European perspective. A few points of note – If Ranomi swam like she did on day 2 (23.2/51.1) Europe would have won the medley. Efimova went .2 slower in the relay than individually. British perspective, swam well. PB for Carlin in 400, 2 big PBs for O’Connor in 100 fly & 200 free. Nice PB for Lauren Quigley. PBs for Craig Benson and Willis not too far off his best.

Miller also does multiple fly kicks on his underwater phase. At least 3 fly kicks per turn.
😆 😆
Am I seeing things or is Cody Miller doing a little dolphin kick after each kick? I thought I saw it on the underwater shot on the third lap. If so, is that fair to his competitors?
Yeah saw that too. Also looked like Efimova took a dolphin kick on finish. Breaststroke is a joke these days. So taking fly kicks on Breaststroke is fine but Lochte can’t off the wall on his back on crawl?
He’s been disqualified for this in the past. I hope it’s some that he can put some attention on resolving. With the way that he’s swimming he’s got a real shot at Rio bid, and it would be a travesty to see him disqualify an Olympic medley relay in prelims with that sort of problem with fundamentals.
