Scratches
For the third-straight day, there are no scratches in prelims that are expected to significantly impact scoring outcomes, with North Carolina State’s Riki Bonnema (32nd seed in the 100 free) being the highest-seeded scratch.
The Florida women, who have not met their seeds for the most part, also had quite a few scratches on day 3, with 3 out of 15 scheduled individual swims scratching out. Two of those three, however (Yambour-Maul, Katz) have other individual swims on the day, and McKnight is probably going to be a part of Florida’s 400 free relay.
