The final night of Euro’s saw near unanimous favorite Sarah Sjostrom win the women’s 50 fly-correctly picked by 99% of pick’em entries. Ranomi Kromowidjojo was nearly as popular for 2nd, but ended up 6th. This meant no one picked Emilie Beckmann 2nd. Kimberly Buys was a bit more popular in 3rd at 9% picked and Aliena Schmidtke was a popular choice for 4th at 31%.

Ben Proud (91%) won the men’s 50 free, but favorite for 2nd Vladimir Morozov (2%) was 4th. Kristian Gkolomeev (2%) was 2nd and Andrea Vergani (10%) was 4th.

The predictability continued at the top in the 50’s with Yuliya Efimova (93%) winning the women’s 50 breast. Imogen Clark (15%) was 2nd, Arianna Castiglioni (38%) was and Ruta Meilutye (5%) was a mild surprise as low as 4th.

The first upset of the day happened in the men’s 100 fly. Co favorites James Guy (16%) and Kristof Milak (2%) were 3rd and 4th, beaten out by Piero Codia (0%, no one right) and Mehdy Metella (4%).

Katinka Hosszu’s scratch threw a curve ball that messed up a lot of people’s 200 back picks. Margherita Panziera (5%), a popular choice for 2nd behind Hosszu was 1st. Daria Ustinova (46%) was 2nd, Katalin Burian (1%) was a surprising 3rd, and Lisa Graf (47%) was an unusually popular 4th popular pick.

The final individual event saw another upset. Simona Quadarella (2%) won over Ajna Kesely (8%). Holly Hibbot (34%) took 3rd over Anna Egorova (2%).
