Men’s 1500, you’ve listed Jack Collins with his seed time. He did finish third but his time was 15:22.05

I’m just curious how many new additions from this meet (all nine sites) there are to the list of Trials qualifiers.

Thank you USA Swimming for the meet! We were in Irvine and it was awesome to be able to see our kid swim live -of course through the fence but he got to swim. Got a chance to get his cuts and do what he loves.

So why no Stanford pros here or isL? Maybe racing isn’t really that important, like others think!?!?
Why was Chase a no show in 4im and 2breast and 2fly? He didn’t swim 4im LC once in 2020….after failing to make finals in 2019 in 4im! It looks like he is “afraid” of it!

I wasn’t really listening, but I think they (Elizabeth Beisel and whomever) said on the coverage of the 400 IM that Chase went home with flu symptoms. They said he got a negative covid test but is sick.

NBC sports is great at making swimming the worst sport to watch on TV – they could have done some awesome NFL Red Zone type bounce across the country but instead we got lots of shots of the empty pool in Greensboro.

That pool is 2020’s Field of Dreams .
