You think Finke is better than Hansen or Shanteau? Bold statement.
Good luck to all swimmers (male AND female) striving for a record, a World Champs spot or a PB in this meet.
It will interesting to see what the younger swimmers do at this meet . There are some really good 18 and unders in every event.
Lookout pro’s, here they come!
you could definitely see some in A Finals.
The return of 2018 Dressel
Armstrong over held in the 100 free is a hot take.
I picked Armstrong and Curry in my pick ems as well
Some predictions/takes:
Ross Dant makes it in the 400 free (he was narrowly 3rd last year and been swimming even better this year)
Will Gallant makes it in the 1500
Heilman makes it in a min of one race (200 fly or 200 free relay top 6)
Murphy only makes it in the 200 bk
Ress and Armstrong are top 2 in 50/100 bk
N Nichols takes 100 br 2nd spot
I would not be surprised to see MA completely miss the team. Not because he necessarily does poorly, but more in the believe that we have young up-and-coming swimmers hungry for their spot.
If they auto-took 2nd place in 50s I’d say there’s no way, but there’s still pretty good odds he wins a 50.
Breast/Fly/Free/Back by likelihood imo.
How on earth do you not even mention Thomas Heilman in the 200 fly. Or shackell.
