24 make Mexico’s Central America & Caribbean Games squad, will compete at home

In the wake of Mexico’s national championships over the weekend, 12 men and 12 women have been named to the country’s squad for the Central America & Caribbean Games (CACG).

The CACG will be Mexico’s biggest focus meet of the year, and the nation gets to host the meet in the same Veracruz pool that hosted the national championships.

The full rosters are below. Notable names include top backstroker in Mexican history Fernanda Gonzalez, Texas A&M freestyler Lili Ibanez, and sprinter Alejandro Escudero.
