Three Rivers Aquatic Club (TRAC) was incorporated in the summer of 1999. Approximately thirty-five families joined together to form a private swim club who would train at the Helen P. Brown Natatorium. The club has grown to as large as 90 families and 150 swimmers. The Helen P. Brown Natatorium is a 43,000 square foot, state-of-the-art aquatic facility that features a 50-meter by 25-yard main pool and an additional small therapy pool, a diving well, locker rooms and shower facilities. A large mezzanine gives spectators a bird’s eye view of the swimmers below. The national award-winning design of the facility was completed in 1996 and was part of the renovation of South Side High School.

MOR has 3 sites totaling 580 swimmers and 9 full time coaches. Head Coach Paul Silver started MOR with 6 swimmers in 2001 and is an ASCA Level 5 Coach MOR is consistently a Silver Medal Club and was ranked 12th in the USA Swimming Virtual Club Championships last year. This is a newly created position for a Full Time Age Group Coach (you will be working with swimmers ages 14 & under). You will be leading one practice group (September through mid-August) and will be assisting on one other practice group. Meet coaching will also be a part of this position as assigned. Hours will be kept under 40 per week and coaching hours will be adjusted in the week leading up to and after swim meets. This position will also require some teaching (group lessons, private lessons, or one-on-one stroke mechanic lessons) in our new swim school set to open this fall. Empire Swim Club KC is actively searching for an Age Group Coordinator to manage and direct our competitive Age Group Program. Empire Swim Club is a 160+ member club located in the desirable Lee’s Summit, MO suburb of Kansas City. Our Age Group team has multiple Sectional level athletes and has recently produced National Top 10 Swimmers. The team swims out of two facilities, a 10 lane 25y pool as well as a 50m facility. This is a 40+ hour/ week competitive hourly salary with incentives available including monthly bonuses and reimbursements. In addition to the strong initial compensation, this is a growth opportunity for the right person. ESC is expanding and this position’s responsibilities will expand alongside.

DIRECTOR OF AGE GROUP PERFORMANCE

NOMAD Aquatics, a 300+ member club in Huntersville North Carolina (North Charlotte), is in search of a dynamic leader for the age group division of our program. The right person must have high energy, great organization skills, and very strong relationship building skills. This coach will direct the overall age group program in concert with the Head Coach. They will oversee a staff of 3 assistant coaches.

ASSISTANT SWIMMING AND DIVING COACH

Fresno State is searching for a full-time assistant swimming and diving coach (12-month, exempt position) to assist in all aspects of recruiting, workouts in the pool and the weight room, scheduling, budgeting and day-to-day running of the program. This individual will also help run home swim meets and plan meals and away trips.

SWIMMING AND FITNESS INSTRUCTOR/COACH IN THE CAYMAN ISLANDS

Darren Mew Swimming Ltd is seeking a swim and fitness instructor/coach in the Cayman Islands.
The position we are looking to fill is a mixed roll of teaching and coaching. We have a swim school and supply coaches to Seven Mile Swimmers swim team as well as catering for private clients, schools, camps and ocean classes. The candidate would ideally start at the beginning of September.

HEAD AGE GROUP COACH – SIOUX FALLS SWIM TEAM, SIOUX FALLS, SD

Sioux Falls Swim Team (SFST) is a new team in Sioux Falls, SD, made up of the former SF Snowfox and SF Seals teams. We have 235 swimmers throughout the various age groups and will be practicing in a brand new $24 million state of the art facility. SFST is a non-profit, board supported swim program. We are searching for two energetic head age group coaches to work with our head coach and develop our swimmers, continue our success at the LSC level and increase our regional and national presence.

ALDERSON BROADDUS UNIVERSITY ASSISTANT SWIM COACH

Alderson Broaduss is a NCAA Div 2 university located in historic Philippi, WV. An hour south of Morgantown, WV and two hours away from Pittsburgh, AB offers a quiet rural setting with close access to bigger metropolitan areas. We are currently hiring an assistant coach for the 2016-2017 season. The assistant coach will work under the head coach and will help with the day to day operations of the men’s and women’s swim programs. The assistant will also help run meets, recruit, and various other duties as assigned. Preference will be given to those that are interested in starting a career in college coaching. College coaching experience is not required.

AGE GROUP COACH

GOLD is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated coach with experience coaching top level 14 & under swimmers to beginning swimmers for a full-time position. Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience, be an organized age group coach with a great understanding of swimmer development and stroke technique. Being open minded to new ideas and ways of working with 14 & under athletes and a new team is a must. Experience with Team Unify is preferred but not required. Candidates should have (or be willing to acquire) all of the appropriate USA Swimming certifications. Compensation is commensurate with experience and credentials and competitive for the area. A benefit package is available including paid vacation and health insurance. Additional non-coaching responsibilities will be assigned upon hiring.

LEAD SENIOR GROUP COACH

The Riptide Swim Team is seeking a high-energy, experienced and passionate coach for our Senior practice group. In addition, this individual will, on a daily basis, support our age-group practice groups. Riptide trains at it’s home complex, the 15-Lane Bluewater Aquatic Center, in Apple Valley, Minnesota. The Senior coach will work directly with Head Team Coach and Program Director Mike Parratto to develop dedicated, motivated athletes capable of making the transition to our Senior Elite squad. There will also be an administrative role for this person dependent upon their strengths and the Team’s operational needs.
