Scottish breaststroker Craig Benson made a move to the University of Stirling High Performance Centre after the 2014 Commonwealth Games, and that training change seems to have made an immediate impact upon the young breaststroker.
On Saturday, at the 2014 Scottish Swimming Short Course Championships, Benson swam a 58.72 – which is a new personal best for him (something he hasn’t done in the 100 breaststroke in either course since 2012).
