Sean Han of Peddie School to Swim for Brown Next Year

Sean Han, who attends the Peddie School in Hightstown, New Jersey, has been accepted into the Brown University Class of 2019 and will suit up for the Bears starting in the fall of 2015.

“When I visited Brown, I felt very welcomed-not only by the swim team but also by everyone else. Brown University is academically an excellent school with a ton of opportunities provided. More importantly, it has a fantastic swimming program, and I am proud to be a part of it in the fall!”

Han swims for Coach Greg Wriede, Head Coach of both Peddie School and Peddie Aquatic Association. Han specializes in breast and free and his top short-course times include:

50y free – 21.07
100y free – 46.84
200y free – 1:45.33
100y breast – 57.07
200y breast – 2:12.20
200y IM – 1:59.61

Brown breaststrokers Tommy Mercurio and Christopher Meyers will be seniors when Han arrives in Providence, and Connor Lohman will be a junior, so Han will have an excellent group of Ivy veterans with whom to train.
