Michael Andrew takes on South Africa – VIDEO SERIES

Michael Andrew’s been on a 3-month trip to South African to visit extended family. Thankfully for us he’s documenting the adventure. Michael is, of course, a swimming phenom, but he’s also a young filmmaker. He shoots and edits a lot.   See videos from his trip below.

South Africa Grand Prix in Stellenbosch:

The world’s current top butterflier, Chad le Clos, and one of the world’s top age group swimmers, Michael Andrew, met head-to-head two weeks ago at the first leg of South Africa’s Grand Prix series in several races. Above, watch the two duel in the 50 fly, which le Clos won in 24.19. Michael Andrew closed at the end, but came up short by two-tenths.
