Swim Job: Envious Swimming seeks Lead Site Swim Coach

JOB DESCRIPTION

Envious Swimming of Rhode Island is in search of a lead site coach to help build this site and develop its swimmers.

DUTIES

Envious SwimmingThe applicant will be responsible for writing and conducting practices, dryland programing, coach development, parent education and coordinating with our swim school on transitioning swimmers from Learn to Swim to Competitive swimming. This is a 16 – 22 hours per week position plus swim meets. Compensation is $25 -$32 per hour based on experience.

Envious Swimming is looking for qualified coaches:

– in good Standing with USA Swimming

– with marketing and advertising ideas to help build the program

– competent in working with Parents and Booster Clubs

Envious Swimming is Rhode Islands Premier swim school with over 800 members over its 3 locations. Envious swimming not only has a learn to swim program and competitive Swim club but also managers facilities. Envious Swimming was created in May of 2007 and has rapidly grown from year to year.
