Going into tonight’s finals, the women of Emory look to further extend their lead. Emory has the most athletes coming back with no fewer than two in each individual event. Denison also has multiple athletes returning as does Kenyon. Bates placed first in this morning’s 800 freestyle relay, so we’ll see tonight if their time is good enough to move them up onto the top 8 podium.

For the men, Williams has the most athletes returning with five, and is one of only two teams to have qualified returning athletes in each of the three individual events contested this morning – MIT is the other. Emory’s men only have returning athletes in one event tonight, but that’s the 100 breaststroke, and will feature superstar Andrew Wilson. Wilson promises to light up the pool, the same as he’s done all weekend, including perhaps re-breaking the NCAA record he set this morning in the men’s 100 breast. Keene State took the top time of the morning in the 800 freestyle relay, and we’ll see if they manage to squeak into the top 8 times after finals tonight.
