The NCAA season may be over, but it’s never to late to throw it back with a good training trip video. The Columbia men’s swimming and diving team went to Kaua’i, Hawaii for their winter training trip and created a video to share their experience with the rest of the world.
The video features their dryland training, some really cool underwater shots during swim practices, and their adventures away from the pool.
