JOB DESCRIPTION
Wabash College seeks Assistant Swim Coach.
The individual who fills this position will be involved in all areas of coaching and administering our Division III Men’s Swimming and Diving program. This includes on-deck coaching, the organization and execution of recruiting, mentorship of athletes, and administrative duties. We are seeking a very motivated and professional coach who is eager to help build our team through coaching, recruiting, and organization.
This position also includes a role as the Assistant Director of Aquatics, and the hired individual will be expected to assist with the management of lifeguards.
