Comunale recorded a score of 370.70 to win the 3-meter 18-year-old age group title, edging out Rebekah Dominik and her score of 370.25 while competing at the Riverside Aquatic Complex in Riverside, California.

“We are very proud of Gabby’s performance at AAU Nationals,” UW diving coach Anton Slobounov said. “Gabby has worked very hard this summer and we are thrilled to see her progress.  Winning the 3-meter event was a great accomplishment for Gabby and we look forward to building on her success this fall.”
