Seton Hall Is “Free Fallin” In Ponce, Puerto Rico

Seton Hall University took their annual winter training once again to Ponce. Puerto Rico. They documented their time there with the following video. Despite the typically tough training, the Pirate swimmers and divers expressed optimism throughout.

The team spent a week, including the new year holiday, on the trip. Seton Hall competes in the Big East in both genders. The men were 3rd last year while the women finished 4th. The team followed up their camp with a dual meet against Rider. While the men lost, the women picked up a big victory in that competition.
