High School All America Deadlines Approaching

NISCA, the National Interscholastic Swimming Coaches Association, is the creator of the Swimming All America, Diving All America, Water Polo All America, Academic All America and Scholar Team lists for all high school aquatics.  In order for your athlete to be included on one of these lists, an application must be submitted. Application deadlines are:

Fall Season – December 31st
Winter Season – March 31st
Spring Season and Final Deadline – June 15th
AA Diving Final Deadline – May 25th

After the fall and winter season deadline, applications can still be submitted with the addition of a $20 per application late fee. No applications will be accepted after June 15th at midnight EST.

If you are a NISCA member, application fees are waived for Swimming, Water Polo, Academic and Scholar Team. The fees are reduced for Diving (applications close on May 25th for Diving). Click here to join NISCA.

For more information on the application process and rules for each application, click on the links below.

All America Swimming – must meet a time standard in yards or meters.
All America Diving – must submit a video to be judged by a panel of judges. Minimum 11 dive score of 375 points is required.
All America Water Polo – application is reviewed by Zone Director and recommendations are made by Zone for one of the 6 All America teams or Honorable Mention.
All America Academic – for seniors who have a cumulative GPA of 3.75 (out of 4.0) and earned their varsity letter in their senior year.
Scholar Team – for teams of 12 or more participants who maintain an minimum average of 3.2 (out of 4.0). There are 3 levels of award, bronze, silver and gold.

NISCA also has a National Dual Meet program which allows teams to submit their best meet score using Power Points to determine the best teams in the country in 12 different classes based on school size. Deadline for submission for the National Dual Meet is May 31st.
