Bravo to Audrey, being so honest about battling an anxiety disorder! It’s really refreshing the way swimmers today can be honest about their mental and physical struggles. I think it’s important for fans to understand that their Olympic idols are not perfect; they have to battle many of the same demons we all face on a daily basis, but hopefully their athletic training gives them the skills to deal with problems in a healthy and effective manner.
