Ryan Cochrane secured his spot on the Canadian Olympic team that will compete in Rio this summer with a first place finish in both the 400 and 1500m freestyles at Canadian Trials last week.
Cochrane won the 400 in 3:48.54 and the 1500 in 15:00.75. He’s one of the seven men selected to compete in Rio for Canada.
