FINIS, Inc., a worldwide leader in technical swimming development, is proud to announce a new partnership with LemonAid, an innovative recruiting platform designed to help connect high school athletes with college athletic programs.
The mobile application and web platform at LemonAid acts like a social network, where coaches and swimmers can create their own profiles and find universities and colleges that match their academic and athletic interests.
Former American Record Holder Eric Knight and former CIO of IKKOS Nate Boyle founded the company in 2015. The two met as members of the SwimMAC Carolina Team Elite program, Eric as a swimmer and Nate as a coach.
The partnership will provide FINIS and LemonAid the opportunity to communicate directly with both coaches and swimmers on how to develop products that will serve the needs of the swimming community. The LemonAid user base will also be treated to special offers on FINIS products as well as insider information on the latest and greatest in technical swimming development.
“We are excited about our partnership with FINIS. Their commitment to the swimming community is evident through their attention to detail in everything they do, and that’s the kind of company we want to present to our members. We want our members to have the best possible opportunities presented to them, so if we can help them improve their technique with the help of FINIS, everyone benefits.”
– Eric Knight, Co-founder, LemonAid
“I’ve enjoyed using FINIS products as an athlete and coach. It’s only natural, when looking to help LemonAid members maximize their athletic potential, that we should partner with a brand we trust to do just that. FINIS’ commitment to innovation in swimming mirrors our own.”
– Nate Boyle, CEO, LemonAid
FINIS will also serve as the principle sponsor of the aquatics portion of the LemonAid application, which includes swimming, diving, and water polo.
“I’m very excited that our brand has partnered with LemonAid. They have proven to be pioneers in the collegiate athletics movement, and they are providing more swimmers around the world the opportunity to swim collegiately. We are excited about getting real-time feedback as well as providing a better swimming experience to swimmers around the globe.”
– Jill Dahle, Global Marketing Manager, FINIS, Inc

I am a highschool junior who has recently downloaded the lemonaid app. I have since been connected with a number of NCAA division 2 and NCAA division 3 schools. Had I not done this I am not so sure that I ever would have been recognized at all. Thank you Lemonaid for making it so easy. And congratulations on your partnership with Finis! Arianna Vanderpool-Wallace is my favorite professional swimmer and I love their suits.
Lucas – this absolutely made my day. Thanks for sharing. Big fan of Arianna, Roy and the entire Finis team as well! Keep up the great work!
Had you reached out to coaches personally with your grades/test scores and swim times at colleges that fit your academic record and swimming skill, you would have had a number of connections as well…So by not doing this, you are missing out on potentially hundreds of other opportunities from college coaches not using this app!
Haha, yes I’d love to download this app on “goggle play”. I see what you did there.
But yeah LemonAid is pretty cool. It has a section for fans to rank college teams now. I can already smell the Wolfpack fan base growing…
