With a big day that included near dead-on predictions in three of four finals, LTyke was our night three champion in run-away fashion (though it wasn’t enough to bring him/her in to the top five).  The overall leader is still usausausa, who holds a 1.5% lead on the field.  RUN-DMC has jumped to second after another solid day.

Day 3 stats/notes:

  • Biggest pattern of note through three days: our contestants were expecting this meet (well, the top three times, anyway) to be faster:
    • Today, at least 60% of entrants had faster predictions than the final times in 12 of 13 spots
    • At least 80% of entrants had faster predictions than the final times in 9 of 13 spots
  • Special shout-out to the 20 (!) contestants who were “right on” in at least one event tonight.
  • Double-special shout-out to the SignmeupTodd for perfectly calling a pair of top three times tonight (3rd place men’s 200 free and 2nd place women’s 100 back)
