Last night, Michael Phelps became the first ever winner of the live, all-star version of Spike TV’s Lip Sync Battle, taking on Eminem’s Lose Yourself. Before the performance, he took to Facebook Live to answer fan questions.

In the Facebook Live video, Phelps discusses his travels throughout the country over the last month since the end of the Rio de Janeiro Olympics. He also touches on the U.S. Open, the NFL, his impending marriage, and his own gold game. And, of course, he talks about his son, Boomer.

Phelps also mentioned that he still gets in the water as exercise “from time to time,” joking that he’s also weight training to “get super big and jacked.”

The choice to perform Lose Yourself was apt, allowing him the chance to show his good sportsmanship about the social media phenomenon that was #PhelpsFace during the Olympics. He made ample use of the face in his performance, which you can watch here.

Phelps’s Lip Sync Battle win came against show veterans John Legend, Terry Cruz, and Olivia Munn, a result of viewer voting.
