Tripp Montgomery Joins The Race Club Family

The Race Club, a provider of advanced swimming technique training, camps, analysis and on-line coaching for athletes of all ages and ability, is pleased to announce Tripp Montgomery is joining the San Diego coaching staff on November 1st. Tripp comes to The Race Club from Carolina Aquatics Swim Team in South Carolina where he turned the team around and grew a successful Age Group program through his efforts and relationship with the local community. In 2015, he was named South Carolina’s Age Group Coach of the Year. Tripp Montgomery is looking to expand his passion for swimming technique with The Race Club’s clients that come from all over the world.

The Race Club was responsible for training 53 Olympic swimmers that won 23 Olympic medals over 4 successive Olympic Games from 1996 to 2008. Since then, they have shared their knowledge and expertise by teaching swimming technique and training to swimmers and triathletes of all ages and abilities from around the world attending their camps or private instruction. The Race Club offers the most advanced technology available for improving swimming skills.

His passion and talent in coaching along with his experience in different fields match what The Race Club is all about.” says Gary Hall Sr., co-founder and Director of The Race Club. “Tripp had an amazing swimming career and most importantly expresses his passion to help swimmers swim faster in a way where all swimmers can benefit. We welcome him to our family”.

Tripp Montgomery will be based in The Race Club’s Coronado, California location. Race Club coaches also share their methodologies through clinics worldwide and through individual online consultation. The Race Club will be utilizing Coronado High School Brian Bent Memorial Aquatic Center and City of Coronado Aquatics Center pools near San Diego to conduct private sessions and our California swim camps.
