Nicholas DeLeon, a senior at William & Mary, filmed and edited this video to show a typical fall weekend as a member of the Tribe swim team.
The video displays their annual pentathlon practice, which consists of a 100 of each stroke as well as a 100 IM. It also shows some go-pro footage of his team hanging out at the James River and tailgating for the football game.
SwimSwam shares these videos to encourage all swimmers (club, college and prospective student-athetles) to continue to enjoy the sport. It is also a way to share experiences with readers who otherwise may not get to see inside these teams. These videos are a great opportunity for people to see what happens on training trips, travel meets, national championships or even just day to day events on teams.
