Missouri S&T Miners Pick Up Verbal from Alex Graham

Alex Graham from Metroplex Aquatics has committed to swim for the Missouri University of Science and Technology (better known as Missouri S&T) Miners beginning with the 2017-18 season.

“Missouri S&T was a great fit academically and athletically for me. They have great engineering programs and a strong men’s swim program. I really enjoyed meeting the guys on my visit and look forward to swimming for Coach Grooms. Go Miners!”

Graham is a USA Swimming All-American with 4.0 honors. He doesn’t participate in high school swimming, but he swims year-round for Metroplex Aquatics in Allen, Texas. He is a Sectionals qualifier in the 200/400/500 free, 100/200 fly, and 200/400 IM and a Futures qualifier in the 200 fly and 500 free. He swam the 200/400 free, 100/200 fly, and 200/400 IM at Austin Sectionals, then the 100/200/400 free, 100 breast, 100/200 fly, and 400 IM at American Long Course Championships.
