  3. Adam Linker, 3:54.36

NC State’s Anton Ipsen ran away with the men’s 400 free, leading from start to finish to take gold in 3:49.59. His teammate, Adam Linker, also earned a spot on the podium. Linker raced into the wall stroke-for-stroke with Japan’s Naito Ehara. At the touch, Ehara got his hand on the wall slightly faster, taking silver in 3:54.31 to Linker’s 3:54.36 for bronze.

I’ve been an avid swim Fan for 60 years, and I’ve seen my fair share of college swimming. I think this NC State team is very overrated and might not even finish top 20 at NCAAs this year. UNC probably has the best chance to beat them at ACCs because of their absolutely stellar sprint program. NC State just doesn’t have the same depth this year

Wow! You are in for a surprise come ACCs. UNC will be lucky to finish in the top half.

I have no clue what you have been watching or looking at the past few years but NC State has a very broad and powerful team. UNC stands no chance against them.
