This Yoga for Swimmers video provides you with a short practice that teaches how to move with greater ease.

Developing greater ease of movement through this yoga for swimmers practice can be transferred into the water so you can swim with ‘easy speed’. ‘Easy speed’ is described by legendary Australian swim coach Bill Sweetenham as developing efficiency at speed or performing at 100% speed with 95% effort.
