About Fike Swim

“We design products exclusively for the toughest sport in the world.  We unapologetically place swimmers on a pedestal.  The rigors they embrace on a daily basis can only be understood by another swimmer and they deserve a company focused 100% on helping them succeed.  Whether you’re just starting out or training for Tokyo, we stand behind you.”

– James Fike, Founder

Fike Swim Products was born when founder James Fike put a brick on top of a kickboard and transformed just another legs-only kick set into a total body workout felt into the next day. Since then it’s been our mission to create unique swim equipment with the single-minded goal of making you faster. We don’t sell toys. We create tools to help you reach your potential.

Such a great swim . I saw the video and saved the splits . Can’t wait to see his LC times. Great distance swims like that only come around ever so often. But there are quite a few up and comers in the distance events. This cap would be a great for one our monthly MVS ( MOST VALUABLE SWIMMER ).

Your swims in the mile and 500 at nationals inspired me at my own mid season meet in December! Keep working hard, Zane!

Zane makes all of his races so exciting and gives that rush of adrenaline even though you aren’t swimming but watching. Best of luck in your career!

Everyone here is trying to get on Zane Grothe’s good side, but I don’t stoop that low—Grothe has lowered those records enough for all of us to stand high for a long time; he’s such an amazing swimmer 🙂

“America’s best distance swimmer”

What was that girl’s name, Katie something or other?

Hyperbole.

Go Zane

Ledecky. Ledecky is her last name. And if you’re defining best as the person with the fastest time, then yes, Zane is America’s best because his best time is faster than hers. Semantics. And I love that Fike Swim is supporting the up and coming pros and giving them the recognition they deserve.
