With the ACC Championships looming on the horizon, the #6/15 NC State swimming & diving team is set to take on UNC-Chapel Hill Friday evening inside Koury Natatorium.

From the Coaches
Swimming
This Friday marks our last dual meet of the season and we look forward to racing again,” said head coach Braden Holloway. “We are continuing to fine tune race strategies and certain aspects of our events so getting one more look before championship season is crucial. UNC-CH always has a great program we look forward to a good backyard fight. It’s the last dual meet for the seniors and we look forward to honoring them with our spirit and efforts.”

Diving
“I’m always excited to travel across the street to see our noisy neighbors,” said diving coach Yahya Radman. “It’s always a good environment and I think our team is excited to showcase against one of the finest diving teams in the ACC. It will be a great challenge and a great gauge for where we stand and what final preparations we need heading into the championships season. We will run into them again at ACC’s, obviously at our Zone meet and hopefully NCAA’s. We are firm believers in the higher quality the rivalry is, the best will come out of our athletes; a real show of grit and how much they have of it. I’m excited to see what happens and it’s always good to compare notes with obviously a very good coach and a rival to see where we are either ahead, or where we are behind and what we have to do to catch up, or to continue to work towards to surpass.”
