Kacper Majchrzak is a competitive swimmer who represents Poland internationally.
2012 Olympic Games
Kacper swam the 50 free individually in London, finishing 33rd at 23.00. He also swam on Poland’s 4×100 medley relay, anchoring in 49.72, which finished 16th overall.
2014 European Championships
Kacper swam the 100 and 50 freestyle in Glasgow, missing the final heat in both.
2015 World Championships
Kacper swam on the 4×100 free relay in Kazan that broke the Polish national record and placed 5th in the final heat, splitting a 48.50 in the second spot. He also swam the 200 free individually, going 1:48.12 in prelims to finish in 19th.
2016 Olympic Games
2016 saw Kacper make big improvements to his 200 free, as he made it to semi finals in the event at the Rio Olympic games. In the semi finals, Majchrzak touched the wall at 1:46.30, a new Polish record and good for 10th place overall.
2017 World Championships
Kacper swam the 200 free once again in Budapest, advancing to semi finals but finishing 9th overall to just miss the final heat. He also swam the 100 free, where he finished 23rd overall (48.98).
2017 World University Games
Kacper won double silver at the 2017 Universiade in Taipai, touching 2nd in the 100 (48.38) and 200 (1:46.19, new national record) freestyle.
2018 European Championships
Kacper again finished 9th in the semi final of the 200 free (1:47.64), missing the final heat. He also finished 19th in the 100 free (49.33). He wasn’t left without medals, however. Poland did finish 3rd in the 4×100 free relay, earning Kacper a bronze for his efforts in the final heat (48.41).
