CLEVELAND, Ohio – Lords sophomore swimmer David Fitch picked up his third North Coast Athletic Conference Athlete of the Week award on Monday after a solid showing against University of Cincinnati over the weekend.

With archived awards dating back to the 2009-10 season, Fitch is the first male NCAC swimmer to claim three weekly awards in the same season.

Against the Division I Bearcats, the Conway, Massachusetts made a splash in three different events. He started the day swimming a leg on the winning 200-yard medley relay team. Fitch then tied for first in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 21.11. He rounded out his performances swimming another leg on the first-place 200-yard free relay team.

Fitch and the rest of the Lords will return to action on February 1 when they visit Ohio Wesleyan University.
