Aaj mai ek baar fir se swimming ke kuch benefits ko share karne jar ha hu, jaisa ki summer shuru ho gya hai and logo ko grmi se to chutkara pana hi hai lekin fit bhi rhna hai to aise me swimming ek best exercise hai. Summers mai log shauk ke liye swimming kerne jate hai. Magar kya apko pata hai ki swimming  apne aap me complete body workout hai, yani agar ap din mai sirf 30 minutes swimming kr lete hai, to apko koi dusri type ki exercise kerne ki jaroorat nhi hai. Yani Swimming mai apke har body part ka use hona hai isi reason se apko kisi dusre type ki exercise ki jaroorat he nhi aur mai apse wada kerta hu ki agar ap is article ko pura padhenge tab ap apne ap ko swimming jane se nhi rok payenge waise mai niche sirf points de rha hu.
