A deceptively challenging practice, designed for the true splash-and-dash athlete.
Warmup
100 Swim
8×50 on 15 seconds rest, swam as 25 stroke 25 swim
Set I
4×100 build on 30 seconds rest (or equivalent interval)
Main Set
16×50 all out sprint, rest 3 minutes between or on equivalent interval (goal should be to come within 2-3 seconds of your best 50)
Cool Down
3×100 kick easy
*Throw Zoomers on when you start to add time on the 50’s.
