CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – The UNI Panther swim team saw their first action of the season Saturday.
Team Gold squeaked out a win over Team Purple in the Purple and Gold meet.
The final score of the scrimmage was 137 points for Team Gold to 134 points to Team Purple.
Katie Taylor and Sydney Schmidt lead Team Gold with two individual wins a piece while Kylie Engstrom had three individual wins for Team Purple
The Panthers will be back in the pool Friday, October 4 in Iowa City as they take on Iowa and Michigan State.
