5×20 on 1:00 5s no 1 vk -> 10 sl fs k afap -> flip turn -> 10 uw afap
1×50 on 1:15 fl fins side k

2. the last kick

1×25 on 0:35 10s no 1 vk -> 25 no 1 k afap
1×50 on 1:10 no 1 k afap
1×25 on 1:00 10s fs sl k @wall -> 25 no 1 k afap
1×100 on 2:00 fs fins k – loosen your legs

4×75 on 1:15 fins 25 fs/bk k burst 50 fs dps smooth

1×50 on 0:55 fs sl k afap
2×25 on 0:35 no 1 k afap
1×100 on 1:55 fs fins side k
