Uncertain times ki sabse hardest chiz hai hamari routine mei disruption aana. Isse hum lost feel karne lagte hai hume aisa lagta hai ki jaise hum jaante hi nahi ki khud moment to moment kaise prepare karna hai.

Isse hum samajh sakte hai ki ek usual routine hamare liye kitna powerful ho sakta hai.

Isliye hamesha work karte rahiye naye routines ko develop karne mei taaki old routines ko new sw replace kiya jaa sake.
