Hoyas Women Welcome 11 Newcomers To 2020-21 Roster

WASHINGTON – Georgetown University Swimming & Diving Head Coach Jack Leavitt has announced the addition of 11 newcomers to the women’s team. The newest members of the team, which include eight freshmen and three transfers, will all join the Hoyas for the upcoming 2020-21 season.

Prior to Georgetown: Four-year member of the Bishop Watterson High School swimming & diving team, serving as a team captain as a senior … Four-time all-league, all-district and all-state honoree … Named Bishop Watterson’s Most Outstanding Athlete and recipient of the Scholar-Athlete Award … Helped lead Bishop Watterson to the 2020 Central Catholic League Championship and qualify for the state championships all four years … Part of the school’s record-setting 200-yard medley relay team … 2018 district runner-up in the 50-yard freestyle .. Won five conference individual titles … Swam for Ohio State Swim Club (2014-20), setting records in the 200- and 400-yard medley relay … Father, David, played basketball at Yale … In the classroom, was school’s valedictorian and member of the National Honor Society, earning honor roll accolades every semester.
