Bridgewater College Announces 2020-21 Recruiting Class

BRIDGEWATER, Va. – The Bridgewater College swimming program has announced its 2020-21 freshman class.

The Eagles, who compete in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference and are coached by Gwynn Harrison, placed fifth in the ODAC in 2019-20 on the women’s side and eighth in their third season of the varsity men’s program.

“We have created a fun and competitive culture that people want to be a part,” said assistant coach Wes Wilson. “We knew that to remain competitive in the ODAC we needed numbers and people who wanted to get better and improve within our close knit culture.”

This year’s recruiting class features nine women and 10 men and includes:

Katie Yoder- 50 free: 24.79, 100 free: 53.70

Katelyn Wiglesworth- 50 free: 24.89, 100 free: 53.75, 100 fly: 1:03.70
