Caitlin Beery, a high school senior from Denver, Colorado, has committed to swim for Division I University of New Mexico. Berry will graduate from Thomas Jefferson High School in spring 2021 join the Lobos’ class of 2025.
Berry is a current swimmer for the University of Denver Hilltoppers, along with swimming for her high school team at Thomas Jefferson.
This year at the 2020 CHSAA 3A (small school) State Championships, Berry placed 2nd in the 500 freestyle (5:11.87) and 3rd in the 100 breaststroke (1:07.82).

At the Mountain West Swimming and Diving Championships with the Lobos, Beery would have placed 23rd in the 400 IM with her current best time (4:30.59).

At the MW Championships, the Lobos placed 8th as a team overall. They were also named a Scholar All-America team, and 5 team members were given Scholar All-American honors.
