Fitter and Faster Swim Camps is the proud sponsor of SwimSwam’s College Recruiting Channel and all commitment news. For many, swimming in college is a lifelong dream that is pursued with dedication and determination. Fitter and Faster is proud to honor these athletes and those who supported them on their journey.
Emily Carpenter, a junior at Carrboro High School in Carrboro, North Carolina, has announced her verbal commitment to the University of Texas women’s swimming and diving class of 2026. She will join Chase Davison, Lindsey Hosch, Lydia Jacoby, Meghan DiMartile, and Sienna Schellenger in Austin in the fall of 2022.
Carpenter swims year-round for TAC Titans and specializes mainly in back, free, and IM. She has Winter Juniors cuts in the 100/200 back and Futures cuts in the 100 free, 1000 free, and 100 fly.
