Awesome Coleman. Any chance of getting Dave Hemmings on the podcast? He is the co-coach at Loughbourgh with Mel Marshall and coaches the majority of those swimmers (Abbie Wood, Joe/Max Litchfield, James Wilby, Molly Renshaw, etc;)? Heard that he is a very technical and insightful guy.

If he gets his relay split close to his individual time to ease Scott, Guy stays the course, and Richards improves, the record is there’s
He had a great performance in the 200, but he really didn’t carry his weight in that 4×200 given his ability. He really should’ve been within a second of his PB at least – all of his teammates went at least .5 faster than theirs (albeit w/ a flying start)
