Australia’s Emma McKeon earned the most medals of all swimming Olympians at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. She is now tied for most medals for a female athlete at a single Olympics. In addition to Australian relays, McKeon claimed titles in the 50 and 100 free and the 100 fly.
