Dig that Billy Idol smirk he’s got swimmin’ fly in that photo….. Solid.
100% willing to bet his goal time is 4:03.84.
I’d love to see it but I don’t think he’ll be the one to do it. 4:06, 4:05 maybe.
4:10 at Olympic trials in 2024 for 4th but the next weekend at sectionals he’ll drop a 4:03.
needs better breaststroke and start and turns
might as well make it 4:03.83
First, congrats to Carson and any athlete able to get paid for their NIL.. it’s about time.
Can’t help but think of the irony in all of this, that you don’t get paid for performances and yet athletes like Carson would not sniff these deals if his long course 4IM time was actually his short course time.
…what? Of course he would get less endorsement deals if he went 4:08 in short course. I’m not sure what point you’re trying to make here. Better athletic performance = more name recognition = better deals. Simple.
it’s the irony in the NCAAs language in that athlete’s cannot get paid for their athletic performance, all the while they are being paid the way they are because of their performances.
Just, well…nevermind.
Congrats Foster!
