MALIBU, California – The Pepperdine women’s swimming and diving team earned its third weekly Pacific Collegiate Swim Conference award this season, as swimmer Olivia Kayye was named the PCSC Swimmer of the Week by the league on Tuesday afternoon.

Kayye (Chapel Hill, N.C./East Chapel Hill HS) took first place in four events in the Waves’ victory over LMU on Saturday. The senior took home individual wins in the 500 free (5:17.60), 100 breast (1:07.20), 200 medley relay (1:50.01), and anchored in the 200 free relay (24.94 split). Her time for the 100 breast is the top time in the PCSC. This is Kayye’s first weekly honor this season.

The Waves will be back in action November 18-20, heading to St. George, Utah, for the Trailblazer Invite hosted by Dixie State University.
