1×800 @ 10:30[ /11:20/12:00 ] Pink – Pull w/ P & [B] [ Do the right interval for you ]
4×300 @ 4:10[ /4:00/3:50/3:50 || 4:25/4:15/4:05/4:05 ] Red/Orange – Swim Descending Interval

1×800 @ 10:30[ /11:20/12:00 ] Pink – Pull w/ P & [B] [ Do the right interval for you ]
