How And When To Watch/Stream The 2022 World Aquatics Championships

2022 FINA WORLD AQUATICS CHAMPIONSHIPS

The 2022 World Championships will take place in Budapest, Hungary from June 18 – June 25, 2022. With a few days to go until the meet begins, FINA has released a list of which TV channels and websites will be broadcasting the meet in various countries. This coverage guide (shown below) lists how people in nearly every country on the globe can get access to the meet.

Prelims sessions for the swimming events will begin at 9 AM local time and finals will start at 6 PM local time. You can check out what that time corresponds to in various cities here:

Why not put the event on traditional TV -must every thing be “nerded” from now on. People stiil do watche on regular channels and you’re losing half your audience

This is just pathetic that without cable I can’t even do a pay-per-view, From comments below, my only option is to put my faith in a VPN, trust that it isn’t a shady operation that will steal my data, and watch a foreign broadcast. Shame on FINA for making such a Draconian agreement with NBC that makes it so difficult to watch in the USA, and shame on NBC for locking down coverage so tightly that people without cable can’t even watch it. This ought to be on network OTA TV instead of stupid golf.

And I am still trying to figure out exactly what is “live” in Omega Live Timing! It is the worst delivery for results…and doesn’t even include prelim times when they finally do issue the results, later.
